All orders are shipped COD money order, certified check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).

Past due accounts are subject to a 2% per month finance charge plus Attorney’s fees and any other costs associated with collection.
A $25 charge will apply for all returned checks.
Product is shipped upon receipt of payment.

All orders are shipped USPS or FedEx from Vero Beach, FL.
Unless otherwise specified, Greetings4Meetings will determine the best method of transport.
All shipments are subject to handling charges and insurance worth 100% of the shipment value. If customer declines insurance, customer is 100% responsible for the value of any shipment lost or damaged.

All returns must be first approved by Greetings4Meetings and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (R.A.) Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Refused or undelivered shipments are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless the order is re-shipped within 10 business days. Secondary freight charges will apply.
Credits issued must be used within 12-months from the date of issue.
Any discrepancies with merchandise received (ie. shortages, incorrect, damaged product, etc.) must be reported to Greetings4Meetings within 48 hours of receipt.

All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on to garments. Greetings4Meetings is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged apparel.

The law of the State of Florida applies to all transactions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international Sale of Goods shall not apply to any transactions.
Nothing hereunder grants any trademark, copyright or patent rights to any purchaser of Greetings4Meetings products.
